摘要 
This business plan is mainly written about my Kidoo bendable smart thermometer project I launched in Shenzhen back to 2016. I elaborated the project detail, product parameter, marketing strategy in this business plan from scratch. Besides, I also analyzed the market entry strategy and masterminded the path planning afterwards. The readers could follow my narratives and know better about the industry, business environment, and constraint.
