題名 台灣半導體耗材零件供應商之競爭優勢分析 -以M公司為例

摘要 在全球半導體供應鏈中台灣占了至關重要的地位,半導體總產值於2021年市占26%,全球排名第二,IC設計占全球27%,為全球第二,而封測產業占了20%,位居全球第一,而晶圓代工也以64%,穩居全球龍頭。
更是預估2022年台灣先進製程(16奈米以下),全球占有率將高達61%,獨占鰲頭。以台灣總產值來看,預估台灣晶圓代工產值於2022年營收將占全球比重的66%,依然高居不下。國內晶圓代工廠近年來的擴廠計畫仍是以台灣為首要考量,而台積電最高階製程仍留在台灣(2奈米與3奈米) ,其他晶圓代工廠如聯電、力積電及世界先進等公司的擴廠計畫,則將分布新竹、苗栗、台南等地。
目前台灣共有24座8吋及12吋晶圓廠,依序則為大陸、南韓、美國。2021年後新增擴廠計劃及數量仍以台灣最多,已在進行新廠計畫有六座,其次是大陸四座及美國三座新廠計畫。
個案公司為全球晶圓代工廠之台灣本土耗材零件供應商,本研究以個案公司做為個案研究的途徑,借鑒個案公司如何成為晶圓代工廠龍頭-台積電之合格供應商,瞭解個案公司在經營過程中如何從傳統加工製造轉型成為精密加工製造商,及該如何突破所面臨到的問題與瓶頸做為研究,尋找出最佳商業模式。
Taiwan is very important in the global semiconductor supply chain. In 2021, The foundry market accounted for 64% of the market, and it was the leader.
In 2022, it is estimated that the 16-nanometer or even more advanced process of Taiwanese factories will account for as high as 61% of the market, and will firmly establish a leading position in the global foundry industry. In addition, in terms of the output value of Taiwanese fabs, the revenue of Taiwanese fabs is estimated to account for 66% of the world in 2022, and it will continue to be the highest. The expansion plan of domestic fabs in recent years still focuses on Taiwan, including the most advanced TSMC. The 3nm and 2nm process nodes of the company are still in Taiwan; UMC, VIS, PSMC and other companies have several new factory plans, covering Hsinchu, Miaoli, Tainan and other places.
At present, 8” and 12” fabs are dominated by 24 fabs in Taiwan, followed by the mainland, South Korea, and the United States. According to the plans for new factories after 2021, Taiwan has the largest number of new factories, including six new factories in progress, followed by the mainland and the United States, with four and three new factories planned respectively.
Company M is a Taiwanese local supplier of consumables and parts for global wafer foundries. This study uses Company M as a case study approach, and learns from how Company M has become a leading wafer foundry - a qualified supplier of Company T. How to transform from traditional processing and manufacturing to a precision processing manufacturer in the business process, and how to break through the problems and bottlenecks faced by the research, find the best business model.
