China has merged from one of the under developing country to become the second-largest economy entity in the world. China has been continuously ahead of other countries and ranking top in development.
The research utilize empirical and analytical indicators to explain the study subjects, including technology transfer and capitalization developments, like overall patent portfolio, official statistics and database, competitiveness in the world, government constitutional infrastructure, high technology industries zone establishment and other essences which reflect and influence growth of the technology and economic development. Given the data collection and analysis, this thesis cut edge from IP right and technology transfer to analyze the subject.
The outcomes are indicated as follows. There are some resources associated with China’s capitalization business model to demonstrate a significant performance. Besides, it is observed that platforms or systems by diversity market sectors have been applied to enable commercial transaction in China and enhance China’s technology export advantage. Furthermore, China’s performance on Intellectual Property application and capitalization process have been steadily developed. China’s performance turn to be signaled that concerted efforts are likely to boost the growth.
The study suggests that there are IP Protection Initiatives, system management platform and capitalization processes required to be improved to meet the future international challenges.
