摘要 本研究之焦點共分兩個部分，首先了解個案產業的變遷、個案公司簡介及競爭者組成；然後再以產品生命週期分析、安索夫矩陣分析、供應鏈分析及數位轉型分析，作為個案研究及延伸分析架構之基礎。
藉以探討個案S公司在市場需求持續變動與競爭之產業中，在其產品、市場、競爭力等策略規劃，將企業營運效率及效益最大化，且讓企業永續發展，並符合其長遠的目標。
