| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 汽車分期公司屬融資租賃產業，為銀行之外的重要資金融通管道，金融產業競爭已非常激烈，外部又有金融創新業者伺機而入，本研究主要探討個案資訊部門在面對這些外在環境與連結公司策略和資訊內在條件時，如何發展資訊策略，以取得競爭優勢。本研究採用個案分析方式進行，主要是透過文獻資料的蒐集與個案公司的訪談結果，進行深入的觀察，描述個案公司所處的內外整體環境及經歷過程與訪談者觀點等。產業競爭分析工具採用五力分析、公司策略連結運用價值鏈分析、資訊內在條件則採用資訊階段成長理論進行，再將上述分析結果連結資訊部門的優劣分析進行說明，導引出資訊發展策略。產業競爭中現有競爭者的威脅與買方的議價能力高，融資租賃產業已為完全競爭市場，故要優化價值活動中的各種關鍵能力，使各活動間緊密契合，互助強化，讓對手難以模仿，此有賴資訊化的強力支援。而個案公司資訊成長已趨近成熟階段，資源餘裕與管理控制合宜。建議核心系統應進行重構升級，資訊人力與能力進行提昇，以利即時掌握新金融場景與汽車生態系的商機。因應分析結果，對於後續新公司及新事業之資訊化開展、資訊委外策略、資訊系統開發與架構、新技術導入與新場景應用等未來資訊發展策略將更為明確。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Automobile installment companies belong to the financial leasing industry, which is an important financing channel outside of banks. The competition in the financial industry is already very fierce, and there are financial innovation companies from outside. How to develop an information strategy to gain a competitive advantage when connecting the company`s strategy with the internal conditions of the information.This research is carried out in the form of case analysis, mainly through the collection of literature and the interview results of the case company, in-depth observation, description of the case company`s internal and external overall environment, the experience process and the interviewer`s point of view. The industry competition analysis tool adopts the five forces analysis, the company strategy link uses the value chain analysis, and the information internal condition adopts the information stage growth theory, and then links the above analysis results to the SWOT of the information department to explain and guide the information development strategy.In the industry competition, the threat of existing competitors and the high bargaining power of buyers, the financial leasing industry has become a perfectly competitive market, so it is necessary to optimize various key capabilities in value activities, so that the activities are closely matched and mutually strengthened, making it difficult for competitors to imitate. Rely on the strong support of informatization.However, the information growth of the case company has approached a mature stage, with sufficient resources and proper management and control. However, the core system must be restructured and upgraded, and information manpower and capabilities must be improved in order to grasp the business opportunities of the new financial scene and the automotive ecosystem.According to the analysis results, future information development strategies such as information development of new companies and new businesses, information outsourcing strategy, information system development and structure, new technology introduction and new scene application will be more clear. | en_US |
