| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Nowadays, more and more younge people would like to raise pet rather than raise child.\r\nAnd with medical advancement, pet live longer than before, therefore they also have the aging problem. Like human being, they also need someone to take of them when they get old, just like human being. It’s almost nuclear family in Taiwan, it doesn’t have many family members in the family and people is busy at work. No one can stay at home accompany them or take care of them when the pet is in need. Care givers is just like “pet nurse”, they are well-trained and professional, but there is no guarantee or open platform for them to find suitable cases. Noticing this demand, “We care” would be the first pet long-term care matching app to provide this service.\r\n\r\nThis business plan discuss the pet’s market analysis, the business model and business strategy of products, and analyze customers and competeors to provide the insight of this service.
