Narrative functions日期 2023 上傳時間 1-Sep-2023 15:42:38 (UTC+8) 摘要 發展人際關係是許多人成長時的必要之路，有人選擇隔絕於世，但多數人還是需要融入人群。從親情、友情再到親密關係中的愛情，每一段人際關係的形成，靠的都是雙方的經營，付出心力、時間甚至金錢。然而，從後工業化時代再到後疫情時代，人與人之間的關係越來越原子化與疏離，世界也逐漸失序，建構一段關係更是不再如過去一樣單純。儘管如此，人們在經營人際關係的過程中，仍會經歷特定的階段，根據相互依賴模式(Model of Interdependence)與人際關係發展六階段(Six stages of relationship)，人們在建立人際關係時會有一定的流程階段，而本研究結合上述兩理論，以擁有反英雄特色的雙主角影集《去 X 的世界末日》為研究個案，整理出在影集敘事結構中，透過何種關鍵事件、節點、進行什麼形式的互動與行動以及在對白裡出現甚麼種類的關鍵字會產生關係的改變。另外，歸納出影集第一季對於人際關係發展的敘事編排、人際關係各階段的特性以及探討影集中的敘事安排是否遵照理論的階段依序發展。最後，本研究嘗試將相互依賴理論、人際關係發展六階段與敘事模式、文本分析結合，試圖梳理出在敘事模式的架構中人際關係是如何發展。
Developing interpersonal relationships is necessary for many people during their growth. Some may choose to isolate themselves from the world, but most still need to integrate themselves into social groups. From family bonds to friendships and intimate relationships, the formation of each interpersonal relationship relies on the efforts and dedication of each other. However, from the post-industrial era to the post-pandemic era, the relationships between people have become increasingly atomized and alienated, and the world has gradually become chaotic. In the meantime, building a relationship is no longer as straightforward as it used to be. Nevertheless, in the process of establishing interpersonal relationships, people still go through specific stages. According to the Model of Interdependence and the Six Stages of Relationship, people follow certain stages when establishing interpersonal relationships. This study combines two theories and takes the first season of anti-hero dual protagonist television series “The End of the F***ing World” as the case study. This study aims to analyze the narrative structure of the series to identify what kinds of key events, nodes, forms of interaction and actions, and keywords in dialogue that cause changes in relationships. Additionally, the study summarizes the narrative arrangement of interpersonal relationship development, examines the characteristics of interpersonal relationship stages, and explores whether the narrative arrangement in the series adheres to the sequential development of the theoretical stages. Some may choose to isolate themselves from the world, but most still need to integrate themselves into social groups. From family bonds to friendships and intimate relationships, the formation of each interpersonal relationship relies on the efforts and dedication of each other. However, from the post-industrial era to the post-pandemic era, the relationships between people have become increasingly atomized and alienated, and the world has gradually become chaotic. In the meantime, building a relationship is no longer as straightforward as it used to be. Nevertheless, in the process of establishing interpersonal relationships, people still go through specific stages. According to the Model of Interdependence and the Six Stages of Relationship, people follow certain stages when establishing interpersonal relationships. This study combines two theories and takes the first season of anti-hero dual protagonist television series “The End of the F***ing World” as the case study. This study aims to analyze the narrative structure of the series to identify what kinds of key events, nodes, forms of interaction and actions, and keywords in dialogue that cause changes in relationships. Additionally, the study summarizes the narrative arrangement of interpersonal relationship development, examines the characteristics of interpersonal relationship stages, and explores whether the narrative arrangement in the series adheres to the sequential development of the theoretical stages.
