| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | A method for generating abstract of written judgment automatically is provided. The method is to retrieve judgment data at a computer system, execute a preprocess for corpus having a process of raw data analysis and a process of word segmentation and part-of-speech tagging, a feature extraction process, an abstracting process based on a judgment abstract data model, for generating the judgment abstract data, and output the generated judgment abstract data. The present disclosed example can generate the judgment abstract data automatically by machine learning, and the automatically generated judgment abstract data is with the characteristics of objective and consistent selection standard. | - |
