Stereotype日期 2023 上傳時間 2-Jan-2024 15:25:17 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究目的在探討軍事組織中的軍職母親，在多重角色和工作、家庭場域之間穿梭，並努力實現個人職業及家庭的平衡。 透過半結構訪談法與八位現職軍職母親深入訪談，以瞭解她們如何應對迷彩角色和母親角色之間的挑戰，以及如何取得平衡。 研究發現，兼具「軍人」和「母親」雙重角色的女性軍人在實現工作家庭平衡方面面臨經濟壓力、性別歧視、以及家庭支持不足等多重挑戰，而改變軍中制度、建立包容文化和家務分工彈性、以及家庭支持系統的建立皆是實現性別平等和多樣性的關鍵。 最終，本研究提供了有關軍事組織中女性軍人工作、家庭平衡挑戰的見解，並呼籲改進政策和支持措施，以平衡她們的需求，促進性別平等，並為多元性別角色和價值觀的推動貢獻一份心力。
This study investigates how military mothers balance their roles in the military with their responsibilities as mothers. Interviews with eight military mothers reveal challenges such as economic pressures, gender discrimination, and limited family support. To promote gender equality and diversity, policy reforms, an inclusive culture, flexible household roles, and stronger family support networks are needed within the military.
