摘要 本研究從雙歧態度的觀點出發探討醫護人員在新冠疫情期間持續救護意願與染疫風險的掙扎,並試圖透過不同衝突型態去梳理雙歧態度形成的原因以及探討雙歧態度如何影響醫護人員的持續救護意願。 本研究以全台灣醫護人員為研究對象,蒐集共401份的樣本進行分析,研究發現醫護人員對新冠疫情普遍抱有雙歧態度,而其通過風險感知與職業責任所形成的衝突(研究中稱為:風險-責任衝突)程度越高,雙歧態度越高、持續救護意願越低。且無論人際溝通衝突程度的高低,對於雙歧態度的程度並無太顯著的關係。此外雙歧態度作為中介變項在感知責任衝突與持續救護意願之間存在部分的中介效果。在測量雙歧態度上,主觀的方式比起客觀的無論是與衝突或是救護意願的關係上都更具顯著性。本研究不僅是少數針對醫護人員的雙歧研究,在醫護人員面對風險及人際傳播等相關領域也有所貢獻。
This study investigates the ambivalent attitudes of 401 healthcare professionals in Taiwan during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings suggest that conflict arising from their perceptions of risk and professional responsibilities significantly correlates with heightened ambivalence and reduced willingness to provide aid. Moreover, these ambivalent attitudes partially mediate the relationship between perception-responsibility conflict and the willingness to offer assistance. In measuring ambivalence, subjective methods were found to be more significant than objective ones, both in relation to conflict and willingness to rescue. This study not only represents one of the few focused on healthcare professionals' ambivalence but also contributes to understanding healthcare professionals' attitudes in areas such as risk and interpersonal communication.
