| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年來，全球環境問題愈趨嚴峻，永續發展和環境保護成為各國重要議題，在此背景下，環境、社會和治理（ESG）已成為企業界不可忽視的重要因素。建築產業尤其重要，其能源消耗約佔全球40％，在碳排放政策中具關鍵性，建築師在推動永續建築和企業變革中扮演著關鍵角色，將ESG融入建築設計，引領企業邁向環保、社會友善和治理良好的方向。
本研究目的以「從建築師的永續建築規劃談企業變革的ESG-以辦公空間設計為例」為題，探討建築師在永續建築中與ESG之關聯性，特別在疫情背景下，重新思考辦公空間設計、保障員工健康與安全，並探討ESG指標對辦公空間設計的影響因素和永續設計的重要性。文獻探討界定了永續建築的概念，深入分析了永續建築與ESG之間的聯繫，以及ESG在企業經營中的關鍵性，也探討了永續綠色建築與聯合國永續發展目標的關係，強調ESG實踐在建築業的重要性。
在永續設計的應用探討中，著重於建築師在ESG中的角色，以及ESG指標在建築中的應用。以一個公部門案例分析了辦公空間設計中ESG的影響因素，包括建材選擇、能源效率和使用者需求，也描述了辦公空間永續設計的重要性和ESG在設計細節中的應用。

| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In recent years, global environmental challenges have escalated, making sustainable development and environmental protection crucial agendas for nations worldwide. Against this backdrop, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors have become indispensable elements in the corporate landscape. The construction industry holds particular significance, accounting for approximately 40% of global energy consumption and playing a pivotal role in carbon emission policies. Architects, particularly, play a pivotal role in driving sustainable architecture and corporate transformation, infusing ESG principles into architectural design to guide enterprises towards environmentally conscious, socially responsible, and well-governed practices.
This study titled " Exploring Corporate Transformation through Architectural Sustainable Building Planning with ESG- A Case Study on Office Space Design," aims to investigate the correlation between architects' sustainable architectural planning and ESG, especially in the context of the pandemic. It delves into the reconsideration of office space design to ensure employee health and safety, and examines the impact of ESG indicators on office space design and the significance of sustainable design. The literature review defines the concept of sustainable architecture, extensively analyzes the connection between sustainable architecture and ESG, and underscores the pivotal role of ESG in corporate operations. Furthermore, it explores the interrelation between sustainable green architecture and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing the importance of ESG practices within the construction industry.
In the discussion of the application of sustainable design, the study focuses on the role architects play within the ESG framework and the incorporation of ESG indicators in architecture. It includes a case study from the public sector, analyzing the factors influenced by ESG in office space design, encompassing material selection, energy efficiency, and user requirements. The study also emphasizes the significance of sustainable design in office spaces and the integration of ESG principles into design specifics.
