| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 醫療產業要屬人工智慧的重要應用及落地場域，因而吸引了各國的資通訊廠商紛紛投入此智慧醫療產業，並進行專利申請與布局，進而改變原本醫療產業之市場競爭模式。然此智慧醫療專利之取得與核發實也對原本專利制度有所衝擊，特別是在軟體演算法之專利適格性及醫療方法之可專利性要件，各國對此皆有所規範並進行更新。而各國現行制度之調整或許只是部分，未來隨著人工智慧、智慧醫療技術之普及，將會有更多的調整和討論，並值得密切注意。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Artificial intelligence (AI) could be perfectly applied in medical industry. This medical application attracts many information and communication technology (ICT) companies to invest in medical AI industry. Patent applications and deployments of these ICT companies somewhat change business and competition model of the traditional medical industry. Granting medical AI patents also raises much discussion and debate, particularly regarding patent eligibility of software algorithm and patentability of medical method. Many countries already start to adjust their patent systems, but these adjustment is probably minor and partial. With growth of (medical) AI, the patent systems will have much change and should be emphasized. | |
