| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本篇經由專利分析及競爭者分析方法，為了解寶齡富錦在生技產業的市場發展，並且從專利活動中對應其產品與發展目標是否一致。至2023年，全球罹患腎臟疾病人口數仍高，而在國際上，寶齡富錦的腎病藥Nephoxil對於腎病患者視為重要藥物，該公司也持續研發新劑型及新適應症，儘管如此，專利有一定的年限，若能提前做好專利佈局，將有助於企業發展，然而Nephoxil藥物在2022年開始各國的專利陸續到期，將有可能使企業面臨專利懸崖的問題，但寶齡富錦卻沒有因為專利到期，而在短時間內造成公司嚴重的受損，所以，將透過下述專利分析方法，分析寶齡富錦的未來發展及競爭力。
因此，在專利分析中，先將寶齡富錦的專利進行專利分類，有主分類和次分類，了解專利內容後才得以分類，並進一步從專利分類結果分析近幾年寶齡富錦的發展。此外，分別藉由兩位學者的專利佈局策略及企業專利策略分析寶齡富錦的專利策略，剖析得出寶齡富錦應以圍牆式策略及核心能力為主，作為該公司的專利申請策略。
在市場面上，競爭者的出現可能會造成企業在發展上受到阻礙，因此，透過競爭者分析可得知企業的優劣勢，並進一步改善，使企業發展更為順利，此篇的競爭者選自與寶齡富錦生產相似產品領域的企業，分別為杏昌、賽諾菲、武田、怡定興及映通公司，從公司製造產品領域、專利數量及相關競爭產品的專利數量等分析，提出寶齡富錦公司未來可能進一步優化的建議。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This passage discusses the market development of Panion & BF Biotech Inc. in the biotechnology industry through patent analysis and competitor analysis methods. By examining the patent activities, it aims to determine if they align with the company's products and development goals. Internationally, Panion & BF Biotech Inc.’s kidney disease drug, Nephoxil, is considered crucial for kidney disease patients. Therefore, through the patent analysis methods outlined below, the future development and competitiveness of Panion & BF Biotech Inc.will be analyzed.Therefore, in patent analysis, the patents of Panion & BF Biotech Inc. are first classified into main and sub-categories. Understanding the content of patents allows for classification, and further analysis of the development of Panion & BF Biotech Inc. in recent years. Additionally, by analyzing the patent strategies and the enterprise's patent strategy, it is deduced that Panion & BF Biotech Inc. should primarily focus on a "Fencing" strategy and "core capabilities" as its patent strategy.
In terms of the market, the emergence of competitors may hinder the development of enterprises. Therefore, through competitor analysis, it is possible to understand the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises and further improve them, making the development of the enterprise smoother. The competitors selected in this article come from companies producing similar products to Panion & BF Biotech Inc., namely ConMED, Sanofi, Takeda, WCC, and ANNTONG Corporation.
