| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究目的為探討高中棒球選手的心理堅韌性、知覺教練威權領導對競技倦怠的預測關係。以207位甲組高中棒球選手為研究對象 (平均年齡17.47 ± 0.95歲) ，以棒球教練威權領導量表、特質運動心理堅韌性量表、及運動員倦怠量表為工具，於練習時間蒐集資料，再以皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析進行資料處理。本研究之結果如下：心理堅韌性的積極奮鬥對競技倦怠的三個分量表都有負向預測力；知覺教練威權領導的強調紀律精神與競技倦怠的對運動貶值和降低成就感有正向關聯。因此，教練過度的嚴格強調紀律與年輕棒球選手的成就感知覺降低和對運動的價值貶低有關；但是如果選手本身能不畏艱難積極參與訓練，所知覺到的競技倦怠也會較少。因此，如何去適度要求紀律和提升選手積極參與訓練的心態，是教練在減低棒球選手運動倦怠時要考慮的課題。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This study was to examine the predictive effect of mental toughness and authoritarian leadership on burnout in senior high school baseball players. Participants were 207 senior high school baseball players whose average age was 17.47±0.95 years old. Participants were asked to complete a battery of questionnaires in a group setting to measure authoritarian leadership of their coaches, mental toughness, and athletic burnout. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by correlated analyses and multiple regression analyses. The major findings were as follows: (1) Effort/Self-Discipline, a subscale of mental toughness, could negatively predict all those components of athletic burnout in baseball players. (2) Disciplinarian Leadership, a subscale of authoritarian leadership, could positively predict devaluation of sport and reduced accomplishment. Discussions were provided in terms of the findings and theoretical framework. Finally, practical application and directions for future research were also recommended. | |
