Recognizing the city's booming tourism sector and the shortage of affordable, clean, and comfortable accommodations, Yurt INN aims to bridge this gap by offering a unique blend of accommodation options, including capsule beds, private rooms, and co-living spaces.
The business plan outlines a comprehensive marketing strategy, targeting international budget travelers through online travel agencies (OTAs) and social media platforms for local visitors and co-livers.
