dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 隨著新興科技的出現,金融業面臨嚴苛的合規要求和資訊安全挑戰,將金融服務上雲化已成為金融產業提升競爭力的關鍵。本研究旨在探討國泰金控在金融服務領域內實施雲端策略的成功關鍵因素,並透過PEST總體環境分析法及策略形態分析法,評估該雲端策略在總體環境變遷下是否能帶來產業優勢,以及實施過程中的關鍵成功因素和所需資源。
本研究透過文獻回顧和實際案例分析,深入探討了雲端技術如何成為國泰金控創新和提升服務效率的關鍵工具。研究發現,雲端技術不僅改善了金融服務的運作效率,也為遵守日益嚴格的法規提供了新的解決方案。
此外,本研究評估了國泰金控的雲端策略在政治、經濟、社會文化和技術等方面的外部影響因素,以及其對應策略。同時也探討了推動雲端策略過程中遇到的主要挑戰,包括技術整合、資訊安全和隱私保護等問題。
本研究的目的在於提供實際案例分析,為其他金融機構在進行類似數位轉型時提供策略參考和啟示,強調策略的持續調整和創新的重要性,以確保金融機構能在競爭激烈的市場中保持競爭力。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | With the emergence of new technologies, the financial industry faces stringent compliance requirements and information security challenges. Moving financial services to the cloud has become a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of the financial sector. This study aims to explore the critical success factors for Cathay Financial Holdings' implementation of cloud strategies in the financial services domain. Using PEST macro-environment analysis and strategic analysis methods, this study evaluates whether the cloud strategy can provide industry advantages amid changes in the macro environment, as well as the key success factors and necessary resources for its implementation.
Through a review of the literature and actual case analyses, this study delves into how cloud technology has become a crucial tool for Cathay Financial Holdings in fostering innovation and enhancing service efficiency. The findings indicate that cloud technology not only improves the operational efficiency of financial services but also provides new solutions for adhering to increasingly stringent regulations.
Additionally, this study assesses the external influencing factors of Cathay Financial Holdings' cloud strategy in political, economic, socio-cultural, and technological aspects, as well as the corresponding strategies. It also explores the main challenges encountered during the implementation of the cloud strategy, including technical integration, information security, and privacy protection issues.
The purpose of this study is to provide practical case analyses to offer strategic references and insights for other financial institutions undergoing similar digital transformations. It emphasizes the importance of continuous strategy adjustment and innovation to ensure that financial institutions can maintain their competitiveness in a highly competitive market. | en_US |
