| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This thesis explores the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in legal work and the opportunities and transformations it brings. Initially, the paper introduces the research background, motivation, and scope, and elaborates on the value chain analysis of legal work and its impact on economic development. Subsequently, the thesis provides an overview of AI technology, particularly focusing on the application of generative AI like GPT-4 in the legal field. AI technology can significantly reduce costs, improve service quality, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency in legal services. Additionally, the thesis examines the impact of AI on the professional roles of legal practitioners and conducts an economic benefit analysis on cost-effectiveness and productivity improvements. The applications of AI in legal document processing, legal research, client services, and courtroom procedure support demonstrate its powerful potential and broad application prospects. However, AI technology also presents challenges to the business models of lawyers, legal education, career development, as well as legal ethics and privacy issues. Finally, the paper summarizes the research findings, provides insights into the economic benefits of legal work, and offers recommendations for future development directions and policy adjustments. | en_US |
