Student Athlete日期 2024 上傳時間 4-Sep-2024 14:09:35 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究旨在探討大學籃球校隊中同儕師徒關係與球員職涯志向之間的關係。此外,亦研究球員韌性是否中介前述關係,以及球員成為職業球員意向是否調節前述關係。本研究以網路問卷對臺灣北中南共20所大學籃球校隊選手進行資料收集,獲得191筆有效資料。根據多元階層迴歸分析結果,同儕師徒關係與學生籃球員的職涯志向具有正向關係。且球員韌性會中介前述關係。然而,成為職業籃球球員意願並未調節前述關係。總結來說,大專籃球校隊間的同儕師徒支持,可提升學生籃球員的韌性,進一步提高他們的職涯志向。因此,大專籃球校隊應考慮推廣同儕師徒關係,同時教練、家長與選手也應重視同儕師徒關係的發展,以為學生籃球員的未來生涯做好準備。
This study aims to explore the relationship between peer mentoring and career aspirations among university basketball team players. Additionally, it examines whether player resilience mediates this relationship and whether the intention to become a professional player moderates it. Data were collected through online questionnaires from approximately 20 university basketball teams in northern, central, and southern Taiwan, yielding 191 valid responses. According to the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, a positive relationship exists between peer mentoring and the career aspirations of student basketball athletes. Moreover, player resilience mediates this relationship. However, the intention to become a professional basketball player does not moderate the relationship. In summary, peer mentoring support among team members can enhance the resilience of university basketball players, further boosting their career aspirations.
