題名 The relationship among organizational learning, organizational innovation and school effectiveness: A Test of the Mediated-effects Model

摘要 This study aims to clarify the relationship among organizational learning, organizational innovation and school effectiveness in elementary school context; furthermore, the intent of this study is to propose and verify a theoretical model: the mediated-effects model. The questionnaire survey method was adopted and the elementary school teachers of Hsinchu County and Hsinchu City in Taiwan were chosen as samples. Item analysis, second-order confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were used to verify the reliability and validity of the research scale. The collecting data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that the goodness-of-fit of the mediated-effects model was fairly good. Organizational learning, mediated by organizational innovation, can affect school effectiveness positively.
