dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Developmental supervision advocates that different supervision strategies should be provided according to the different development of teachers. This study refers to the concept of developmental supervision and weighs the current professional development ecology of teachers in Taiwan, to formulates feasible teaching supervision plans and connotations for teachers at different career stages (such as beginning, intermediate, senior/expert...) to ensure teaching quality of teachers at different development levels. It also investigates teachers’ recognition of different supervision plans for teachers at different career development stages, and provide reference for relevant units. | |
