| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究主要是從階級政治的角度，分析我國勞工退休金制度改革的歷史發展。本研究一方面採用 Theda Skocpol 提出的「政體中心」的分析架構，探討自一九九○年起至去年經發會召開後，政府對於我國勞基法所規定的勞工退休金制度所採取的兩次改革行動。本研究除了探討這兩次改革行動中，勞、資、政三方所採取的行動策略與目標，以及各團體內部次級團體間的互動與結盟關係外，亦引用「社會民主理論」中評量社會福利政策的重要概念，例如「去商品化」、「階層化」等，以探討各種不同改革方案在階級權力關係平衡上的效果，以及其對工人階級運動發展可能產生的影響。本研究使用的研究方法為歷史分析法，資料收集的方式包括各種文獻記錄檔案分析整理，以及對於各政治行動者和關鍵資訊人的深度訪談。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This research plan is to study the class politics of the reform of the workers` retirement pension in Taiwan. The study will apply the "polity-centered" approach proposed by Theda Skocpol to study the government`s three reforming actions taking place from 1990 till last year when the Economic Development Conference came up with an agreement on the workers` retirement pension policy. This study will analyze the goals and strategies of the actions taken by the government, the employers, and the workers, as well as the interrelationships and alliance among the subgroups within each party. However, at the same time, this study will also borrow from the social democratic model the analytic concepts, such as "de-commodification" and "stratification," to discuss the effects of the different kinds of reforming plans proposed on the power relationship between the capital and labor, and its impact on the working class movement. The study will use the methodology of historical analysis. Data collection will include all kinds of public records and the interviews with the political actors and key informants of the policy process. | - |
