題名 長照機構落實ESG之研究 - 以葳群老人長期照顧中心為例

摘要 身為社會公民的一份子，推動企業環境保護、社會責任、公司治理(ESG), 已經成為企業永續經營的重要指標。中小企業在有限資源下如何做好 ESG 工作， 符合 ESG 要求，同時也為企業帶來相對效益已經成為中小企業的一大挑戰。 就許多身為中小企業的長期照顧機構而言，如何透過落實 ESG 以推動建立 永續企業的目標，不但可以符合社會公民的目標，也可以為解決長期照顧機構長 期缺工的問題。研究顯示，透過落實 ESG 推動可以吸引有意願參與長期照顧工 作的人加入，有效解決長期缺工的問題;並在落實 ESG 推動指標下，長期照顧 機構可以扮演資源中介的角色，有效的將社會資源做有效的轉介，讓有需要的民 眾可以順利取得相關資源，帶動社會資源的有限運用。
