| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 隨著金融業面臨日益激烈的市場競爭，傳統的專案管理方法已無法滿足快速變化的需求。本研究旨在探討金融業軟體專案外包中導入敏捷管理的實務應用，特別是Scrum框架的實施效果。通過個案研究法，選取某金融機構的軟體外包專案作為研究對象，採用參與式觀察和深度訪談等方法，深入分析團隊在導入過程中所面臨的挑戰與問題解決策略。
研究結果顯示，導入敏捷管理需要文化轉型和技術適應，團隊成員之間的有效溝通與協作是成功的關鍵。此外，定期地回顧會議和跨部門協作能有效應對需求變更和外部干擾。研究不僅提供了金融業敏捷導入的參考模型，還總結了最佳實踐和常見問題的解決方案，對未來的專案管理創新具有重要意義。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | As the financial industry faces increasingly fierce market competition, traditional project management methods can no longer meet the rapidly changing demands. This study aims to explore the practical application of Agile management in software project outsourcing within the financial industry, particularly focusing on the implementation of the Scrum framework. Through a case study approach, a software outsourcing project from a financial institution was selected as the research subject. Methods such as participatory observation and in-depth interviews were employed to analyze the challenges faced by the team during the implementation process and the strategies used to address them.
The results of the study show that the adoption of Agile management requires cultural transformation and technical adaptation. Effective communication and collaboration among team members are key to success. Furthermore, regular retrospectives and cross-departmental collaboration are effective in responding to changes in requirements and external disruptions. The research not only provides a reference model for Agile adoption in the financial industry but also summarizes best practices and solutions to common problems, offering important insights for future innovations in project management. | en_US |
