Leveraging Taiwan’s strengths in advanced manufacturing, supply chain stability, talents in the power electronic industry, and geopolitical positioning, the company aims to compete as a favorable alternative to low-cost Chinese suppliers, especially amid the global trend of de-sinicization in EV and EV charger industry.
Through PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT and STP analyses, the proposal identifies opportunities in market growth, government incentives, and quality differentiation, while addressing challenges such as intense competition and limited brand recognition.
