Summary近年來,全球供應鏈的不穩定性帶來許多挑戰,而區塊鏈技術在供應鏈金融中的應用愈發重要。本研究以A平台為例,探討區塊鏈如何優化既有的供應鏈金融模式,提升供應鏈的穩定性與韌性。透過個案分析,本研究從多方利害關係人的角度,探討區塊鏈與供應鏈金融平台在實際應用中的挑戰與應對策略,並總結其帶來的價值。研究發現,區塊鏈技術能有效降低供應鏈金融中的資訊不對稱帶來的風險,並提高效率。儘管區塊鏈的應用在推動的過程中會面臨新技術接受度與參與者積極程度的挑戰,但個案透過推廣供應鏈金融市場與降低參與門檻,有效促進了多方參與。本研究結論也為區塊鏈與供應鏈金融平台的應用提供了具體建議,並指出其在供應鏈金融領域的發展潛力。
In recent years, global supply chain instability has created many challenges, making blockchain technology increasingly important in supply chain finance (SCF). This study uses Platform A as a case to examine how blockchain can improve existing SCF models, enhancing stability and resilience. Through case analysis, the study explores the challenges and solutions in applying blockchain-based SCF platforms from the perspectives of different stakeholders and highlights the value they achieve. The findings show that blockchain can effectively reduce risks associated with information asymmetry in SCF and improve efficiency. While challenges such as technology adoption and participant engagement remain, the case demonstrates that expanding the SCF market and lowering entry barriers can encourage broader participation. This study offers practical recommendations for blockchain SCF platforms and emphasizes their potential for growth in the SCF field.
