| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究旨在深入探討臺灣新創企業所面臨的挑戰，並提出創新型投資顧問公司的解決方案。研究發現，臺灣新創企業普遍面臨資金短缺、人才缺乏、市場拓展困難等問題。為此，本研究提出建立新型態投資顧問公司的構想，該公司將結合傳統創投與管理顧問的優勢，提供新創企業更全面的支持，包括資金挹注、專業輔導、資源整合等。
透過對多家新創企業的案例分析，本研究發現，新型態投資顧問公司可以透過以下方式協助新創企業成長：
⚫ 量身定制的輔導方案： 根據新創企業的發展階段和需求，提供客製化的輔導服務。
⚫ 資源整合： 結合投資、管理、技術等多方面資源，協助新創企業加速成長。
⚫ 長期陪伴： 不僅提供短期資金，更提供長期陪伴和支持，協助新創企業克服成長中的各種挑戰。
本研究以一家健康科技新創公司為例，展示了新型態投資顧問公司如何透過評估、輔導和資源整合，協助新創企業實現快速成長。研究結果顯示，新型態投資顧問公司能夠有效解決新創企業的痛點，提升其生存率和成功率。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This study aims to delve into the challenges faced by Taiwan's startups and propose innovative solutions through a new type of investment consulting company. Research findings reveal that Taiwanese startups commonly encounter challenges such as a shortage of funds, talent, and market expansion difficulties. To address these issues, this study proposes the establishment of a new type of investment consulting company that combines the advantages of traditional venture capital and management consulting, providing startups with more comprehensive support, including capital injection, professional guidance, and resource integration.
Through case studies of multiple startups, this study finds that this new type of investment consulting company can help startups grow through the following ways:
• Tailored consulting solutions: Providing customized consulting services based on the development stage and needs of startups.
• Resource integration: Combining investment, management, and technology resources to accelerate startup growth.
• Long-term companionship: Providing not only short-term funding but also long-term companionship and support to help startups overcome various challenges in their growth.
Using a health technology startup as an example, this study demonstrates how a new type of investment consulting company can help startups achieve rapid growth through evaluation, guidance, and resource integration. The research results show that a new type of investment consulting company can effectively address the pain points of startups and improve their survival rate and success rate. | en_US |
