| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫主張國際人權非政府組織網絡與國際壓力的交互作業會影響拉丁美洲的人權政治。具體而言，本計畫將採取量化與質化分析途徑，驗證以下兩組假設：一、當一個國家有較密集的國際人權非政府組織網絡時，且該國從其他民主國家得到愈多發展援助時，則該國尊重人身自由權的程度會較高；二、當一個國家有較密集的國際人權非政府組織網絡時，且該國批准國際人權公約的數量愈多時，則該國尊重人身自由權的程度會較高。整體而言，本計畫希望能透過研究拉美國際人權非政府組織、國際壓力與人權政治的關係，期望能對開發中國家的政治發展提供啟發，並希冀能對比較政治學界有所貢獻。 | |
