| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究計畫旨在探討東亞外籍照護移工政策的成因及其所帶來的影響。藉由比較台灣、日本、韓國、香港與新加坡，本計畫分析東亞國家如何權衡社會福利、公民權利、以及移民控管之間的潛在衝突， 進而制定其相應的外籍照護移工政策。最後，本計畫也進一步探索，外籍照護移工政策如何與國內的制度脈絡與政治環境互動，進而影響東亞各國的照護體系的發展，以及形塑其多元文化的社會樣貌。簡而言之，本計畫從跨國分析出發，兼具比較不同照護體系之間的差異，將有助於理解東亞各國外籍照護移工政策發展之差異，期望能對台灣與其他國家的移民體制提供啟發，並為比較政治與移民政策研究提供獨特貢獻。 | |
