| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫將探討環境稅與進口關稅間的關聯性。歐洲議會已於今年6月22日通過全球首個碳邊境調整機制法規，因此本議題有其政策上之意義。本文將考慮兩個在市場規模與資本稟賦相異的國家。在此架構下，本計畫將建立一個包含獨占性競爭產業的產業內貿易模型，並假設消費行為將產生全球性污染。我們將比較僅課徵環境稅之情況與同時課徵環境稅與關稅之情況。 | |
