| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 客家人因其地理環境條件之所限，致使客庄產業多為傳統產業，隨著時代變遷產業結構的轉變，客庄產業面臨轉型困境，也影響了客庄經濟發展。客委會近年來積極針對客家庄產業進行包裝、銷售以及通路營建等輔導措施，並提出客庄產業政策，企圖深化客家產品的差異性與文化價值，進以推動客家特色產業精進計畫，協助具有企業化經營潛力者，協助其經營改善。提振客庄產業經濟所牽涉的層面相當廣泛，不單只是產品銷售而已，而是如何能針對客庄經濟、文化以及人民的生活品質等層面整體提升，並產生實質的影響與效益。
社會企業（social enterprise）是廿一世紀新興的研究議題，強調透過企業的手段解決社會問題（扶貧、就業、弱勢照顧等）。社會企業的維繫與發展，與社會運作條件及制度環境有密切關係，但其真正重要的樞鈕是在「土地」與「文化」，以此接近問題與社區人民所需。基此，本研究計畫擬就以振興客家文化為職志之客家社會企業，深度探究，並進而就其對客庄經濟之影響與貢獻，加以觀察。具體言之，本研究擬以客家社會企業及其對客庄經濟影響進行研究，並進以探究其對客庄經濟之貢獻與影響所在，期能提供政府與社會之規劃參考，據以形成更貼近現場，與更有助客家文化振興及客庄整體營造之對策和行動。 | - |
