| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 社會企業概念的定義議題，已經在學術界與實務界討論許久，一個能廣泛被接受的社會企業定義，是過去二十餘年來社會企業領域努力的核心目標，而今此部分議題已經取得相當的共識，比如「社會性目標主導」與「利潤有限分配」等。然而，由於社會企業的混和性質與多元面向的發展，廣泛性的定義難以應用於後續研究，學術界對於社會企業概念化的努力，不應滿足於此，因此社會企業的概念化研究，至今仍是許多學者聚焦處。社會企業雖源自於歐美，但其發展實際上深受各國不同的社會、文化、政府、經濟發展等因素影響，進而演變出風格迥異的型態。據此，本研究計畫以台灣的社會企業為研究範圍，透過自下而上(bottom-up)的途徑，展開類型化研究，研究目的主要有二：1.基於台灣社會企業現況與相關研究，確立類型化邏輯，並將類型化邏輯化為可客觀衡量的標準化模式。2.根據類型模式設計問卷，針對全台灣社會企業實施抽樣調查，並根據所得資料驗證與分析台灣社會企業分類情況。本研究計畫在發展類型化標準階段，擬採用文獻分析法與德菲法，爬梳國際上主流社會企業類型化研究以及國內有關社會企業分類的研究，配合專家意見修正，發展基於台灣社會企業的類型化標準，在驗證與呈現階段，則實施問卷調查法，以驗證類型模式的可用性。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The definition of the social enterprise has been discussed in academia and practice for a long time. Over the past two decades, quite a bit of consensus has been reached on this issue. That is “Social mission-led” and “limited profit distribution”. However, due to the multiple development of social enterprises, the conceptual definition can hardly be applied to the follow-up study. In fact, social enterprises are greatly influenced by different social, cultural, government and economic developments in different countries. Accordingly, this study plans to take the social enterprises in Taiwan as the research target and conduct a typology study through a bottom-up approach. There are two research purposes: 1. Based on the current situation of social enterprises in Taiwan and related research to establish the type of logic, then transform into a measurable standardization model. 2. The questionnaire was designed to conduct a sample survey of social enterprises in Taiwan and to verify the classification of social enterprises in Taiwan based on the information obtained. In the development of the type model stage, the study will use the literature analysis and Delphi method. In the verification stage will be implemented Questionnaire method. | |
