| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究計畫主要目的是希望梳理並萃取各國在除役過程制度性法規以及管理經驗，探討我國核電廠除役各方利害關係人的認知、態度及差異，檢視並強化我國政府機關溝通能量，提出並執行有效的公眾諮詢機制，在審議民主的基礎上，凝聚共識，以解決核電廠除役的爭議，落實非核家園的政策。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The principal purpose of this project is to draw lessons from the experiences of nuclear facilities decommissioning of other countries regarding law, regulation, and managerial strategies. This project also explores the stakeholders’ conception, knowledge and differences among them. To forge consensus among stakeholders, the capacities of communication of the government will be assessed and reinforced. Based on the results of above research, this project will propose and implement public consultation mechanism. Through public deliberation, this project aims to reach public consensus pertaining to the issue of nuclear power plant decommissioning and substantiate “nuclear-free homeland” policy. | |
