| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究透過統整與分析我國核能議題當中之利害關係人,並梳理相關利害關係人識別、區分之國內外文獻,藉此建立核能政策溝通之網絡,探詢各方在相關議題上之意見,並透過電話訪問蒐集民眾在核電廠除役議題上的態度與認知,再依據期望失驗理論,探討各式利害關係人對於核電廠除役溝通的意見。最後藉審議式論壇的舉辦,整合民意並提供政策溝通之平台,化解社會歧見,以及解決核電廠除役及核廢料處置議題之爭議,建立民眾與政府間之信任,以利推展非核家園之政策。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Based on the analysis of the stakeholders in the nuclear energy issues and literature review on the identification and differentiation of relevant stakeholders in six countries, this study builds on a communication network of nuclear energypolicy and explores the opinions of all parties on relevant issues. Using telephone interview survey, this research collects the general attitudes and perceptions on the issue of decommissioning of nuclear power plants. Additionally, according to the theory of expectancy disconfirmation, this study discovers the opinions of various stakeholders on the decommissioning of nuclear power plants. Finally, the purpose of this research project aims to integrate public opinion and provides a platform for policy communication to resolve social differences and disputes over nuclear power plant decommissioning and nuclear waste disposal by means of organizing the deliberative forums, which can build trust between the people and the government to achieve the goal of nuclear-free homeland. | |
