| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究計畫學術上有助於補強目前在災害防救、公共行政領域中，有關心理備災、心理韌性、基層官僚政策執行等課題文獻上的缺口，累積本土實證研究成果。實務上，本研究計畫透過了解基層官僚的心理備災狀態，探討與彙整提升心理備災程度的可行方法之相關建議，整體而言將有助於基層公務人員提升心理韌性，讓減災與整備政策執行朝正向發展，並讓與基層官僚接觸的社區民眾獲得更有品質的服務或協助，長遠來看有利於社區自主防災能量的培養與發展。 | |
