Tsai Ing-wen日期 2025 上傳時間 1-Jul-2025 14:30:05 (UTC+8) 摘要 本論文探討在多數決民主制度下，政黨角色競逐（partisan role contestation）對國家角色 認知（National Role Conceptions, NRCs）的影響，並以中華民國（ROC）為研究對象。透過質性內容分析法，本研究辨識並比較了中國國民黨（KMT）馬英九總統與民主進步黨（DPP）蔡英文總統於2008年至2024年間四個總統任期內所表述的國家角色認知。研究結果顯示，馬英九與蔡英文在國家角色認知上存在顯著差異，凸顯了政黨立場在塑造國家外交政策議程中的重要作用。此外，本研究指出國際外部環境對國家角色認知表述具有影響力，並建議國家角色認知的表述頻率應被視為一項獨立變項。研究亦發現，即便是表面上相同的國家角色認知，其內涵可能有所不同，進而以不同方式影響外交政策。本論文旨在為角色理論與角色競逐的相關討論提供貢獻，並深入探討中華民國主要政治人物在外交政策中的國家角色認知。
This thesis examines the influence of partisan role contestation on National Role Conceptions (NRCs) within majoritarian democratic systems, focusing on the Republic of China (ROC). Through qualitative content analysis, the study identifies and compares the NRCs articulated by Presidents Ma Ying-Jeou of the Kuomintang (KMT) and Tsai Ing-Wen of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), across four presidential terms from 2008 to 2024. The findings reveal significant differences between Ma's and Tsai's NRCs, highlighting the substantial role of partisanship in shaping national foreign policy agendas. Additionally, the research underscores the impact of external international conditions on the expression of NRCs and suggests that the frequency of NRC articulation should be considered a distinct variable. It also notes that ostensibly shared NRCs may differ in their formulation, thereby influencing foreign policy in varied ways. This study contributes to the broader discourse on role theory and role contestation, offering insights into the NRCs of key political figures in ROC foreign policy.參考文獻 Office of the President, Through qualitative content analysis, the study identifies and compares the NRCs articulated by Presidents Ma Ying-Jeou of the Kuomintang (KMT) and Tsai Ing-Wen of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), across four presidential terms from 2008 to 2024. The findings reveal significant differences between Ma's and Tsai's NRCs, highlighting the substantial role of partisanship in shaping national foreign policy agendas. Additionally, the research underscores the impact of external international conditions on the expression of NRCs and suggests that the frequency of NRC articulation should be considered a distinct variable. It also notes that ostensibly shared NRCs may differ in their formulation, thereby influencing foreign policy in varied ways. This study contributes to the broader discourse on role theory and role contestation, offering insights into the NRCs of key political figures in ROC foreign policy. en_US
