| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究期望藉由人口、家戶與居住現況資料，瞭解台灣住宅選擇偏好與權屬之世代差異，並以公務統計與調查資料庫進行比較，重新檢視住宅市場居住者之人與建物特徵，以及空間環境屬性，探討未來潛在住宅類型與區位需求，以提供後續住宅政策相關建議。對學術發展之影響：1.首次運用政府大數據資料（公務登記資料）於住宅市場研究，並與調查資料結果進行差異比較，可提供後續研究者參考。2.釐清不同世代之住宅偏好及住宅權屬差異及影響因素。3.研究成果有助於發掘過去研究與現況差異，瞭解運用不同資料與不同時空背景下之住宅市場樣貌。對社會經濟面之影響：研究成果將可提供中央或地方政府關於住宅市場現況數據解讀及政策規劃之參考 | - |
