| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究將透過貿易的任務內涵回答以下問題：為什麼源自某些國家的進口競爭會對本國勞工帶來衝擊，源自其他國家的進口競爭卻不會？利用美國地區別的資料，同時計算各進口品的任務內涵，本研究首先會計算源自不同國家進口競爭所帶來的不同勞動市場衝擊，其次計算各類進口任務內涵對勞動市場的各自影響，最後再利用拆解法探討不同進口來源國其影響力的差異來源。本研究以為，當我們將貿易想像成任務內涵的國際間流動，將有助於我們理解貿易型態及貿易衝擊更基本的原因。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This project aims to answer the question: why are there diverse labor market effects for imports from different countries? To answer this question, this project proposes to look at the task content of trade. To do so, using U.S. data, I will first analyze differential labor market effects for different countries imports, then estimate the differential labor market effects of different imported tasks, and finally use decomposition method to explain the underlying reasons. This task content of trade approach should be very promising, because when focusing on tasks, we can more directly pinpoint the fundamental forces that determine the pattern of trade as well as the sources behind trade impacts. | |
