| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 為提出結合原住民生態知識、符合國土保安需求之空間治理制度設計，本研究以石門水庫集水區為研究區域，運用民族誌研究、地景考古、空間分析、制度分析等方法，進行資料收集與分析，探討（1）族人傳統土地利用模式的效益；（2）族人現今土地利用模式和原住民生態知識間的關係及其土地利用適宜性；（3）各種現有的空間規範應如何調整並與原住民族自治的架構相銜接整合。本研究除採用社會生態系統的全貌視野以及民族生態學的取徑，也以參與式製圖及參與式規劃為平台，使部落族人能參與到調查、知識詮釋與與制度設計的過程。本研究今年將進入第三年度的工作，也就是會延續前兩年田野成果，進行制度分析與政策研究，提出具體制度與政策設計的建議。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Aiming to integrate indigenous knowledge in the institutional designing for spatial governance, this research takes the indigenous communities in the watershed of Shih-Men Reservoir as an example, adopts diverse methods to: 1) examine indigenous traditional land uses; 2) explore current land use models; 3) and design the institution for future spatial governance that can balance the interests of indigenous development and ecological conservation. This research is conducted with the holistic perspectives of social-ecological system, and the ethno-ecological approach. Furthermore, it applies the methodology of action-oriented research, and integrates local community members in the research process. This is the third year of the three-year research project. Based on the fieldwork in previous two years, the research this year will conduct institutional analysis and policy studies, and make suggestions to the integration of indigenous ecological knowledge and current land use planning regime. | |
