| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究以完成訂定原住民特定區域計畫之全國首例—鎮西堡部落為個案，進而延伸至「跨族群部落比較」與「同族群跨部落比較」，結合原住民規畫與生態系統服務分析，發展原住民知識與國家土地管理制度之對話工具，以及決策支援系統，並提出對國土計劃體系之建議，以促進原鄉土地之永續治理。
學術價值上，本子計畫之研究，將是立基於實證調查經驗，與國際間之原住民規劃、生態系統服務相關研究對話的重要基礎；社會實踐上，與本計畫合作之部落，將強化在空間規劃過程中與政府對話的能力；政策應用上，本計畫之研究對地方創生之決策支援系統之建立，以及形成更具文化包容與知識整合的國土計劃體系的建議，都將具政策參考的價值。 | |
