| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 文化權為當代公民權的重要面向，文化資產的管理與維護更是跟原住民族權利息息相關。本計畫以菲律賓伊富高省Kiangan直轄市為例，探討當地梯田地景之社會生態系統作為文化資產管理的在地化與土地制度之關聯。本計畫研究方法包含民族學田野調查與地理學空間資訊分析，透過與伊富高社區合作研究去分析其社區主導的文化資產管理如何實踐、以及菲律賓土地相關法制對文化資產管理所帶來的正負面效益。適逢台灣原住民族文化資產已法制化，本計畫即是想要探究在伊富高的脈絡中對於原住民族傳統領域主張的承認是否有助於文化資產管理在地化，並將研究結果應用於原住民族文化資產與土地治理的相關政策建議、進而架構文化資產管理與土地治理與規劃之創新學理思辨。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | One of the pivotal aspects of contemporary citizenship is cultural citizenship. As for Indigenous peoples, the right to management and preservation of cultural heritage is critical in asserting cultural citizenship. This research draws experience from Kiangan, Ifugao province, the Philippines to probe the manifestation between localization of cultural heritage management and land system in Indigenous area. Research methods include ethnological fieldwork and geographical data analysis. Through working with Ifugao community, this research aims to understand how land system impacts on Indigenous community-led cultural heritage management. This research expects to provoke timely discussion regarding localizing Indigenous cultural heritage in Taiwanese settings, and aims to provide policy suggestions on Indigenous cultural heritage management as well as innovative theoretical framework of Indigenous cultural heritage management and land planning. | |
