| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫性質上屬於法律學門基礎建設增能計畫，旨在促進法律學門學術研究發展之基礎建設整備，以增加學術研究能量。具體內涵包括兩部分：其一，就法律學門過往20年來的研究成果，進行現況分析及檢討，並預估其未來可能之發展走向；並在此基礎上，嘗試建構出契合學門屬性的社會影響性客觀判斷標竿，俾供評斷學門研究貢獻度認定參考。其二，對可能是學門潛在研究人才的碩、博士生，進行人才培育。透過一系列工作坊的舉辦以及學門論文獎的建置，誘發其從事學術研究興趣、提升碩博士論文品質，為學門儲備優秀的學術研究人才新秀。 | |
