| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This research project is expected to use the law in Shakespeare to confirm how the wave of social discipline in the early modern Europe has incorporated drama into the process of constructing the legitimacy of modern state sovereignty, while echoing Foucault ’s traditional repressive power model, namely, law and public law power theory. This project hopes to expand the perspective of Shakespeare and legal studies, and promote the interdisciplinary dialogue between law and Shakespeare's literary studies. | |
