| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Kantorowicz的《國王的兩個身體》，特點在於檢視回溯歐洲中世紀的王權世俗化理論，特別是當時羅馬法學對神學的借用、反擊與超越。中世紀的王權在一開始借鑑神學理論，想要立證王權的正當性。但是等到世俗王權意識到教會的霸權而想要擺脫其勢力時，基督神學便不再是王權策略聯盟的對象，此時反倒是要另循羅馬法的協助：不僅要透過羅馬法改寫神學，更要進一步將中保、正義、法律乃至於教會，一併收編成為王權的囊中物。國王的兩個身體對自然身體與政治身體的區分，重點其實在政治身體，因為它不僅證立王權的神聖，更印證王權、王冠、國王尊嚴的永生與不朽。現實的國王已死，整體的國王卻是永恆長存的！ | |
