| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫旨在研究工作福利政策以及積極促進政策，以及此等政策背後對於「人之圖像」之基本預設以及國家任務之基本理解，具體而言，在社會救助政策上，將不符合特定「人之圖像」之人排除於社會救助保障範圍之外，是否符合生存權之保障。本研究之成果可為社會政策之取向提供一個理論上之釐清，並可望成為檢討相關社會政策，尤其社會救助政策之理論觀點。 | |
