ETC channel日期 2025 上傳時間 4-Aug-2025 12:55:48 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究探討了越南製藥廠商在倫理藥品通道(ETC)中,從海外供應商處交付活性藥物成分(API)延遲的原因。採用混合方法,研究通過邏輯回歸和決策樹模型分析了來自K公司(2019-2023年)的56份合同。結果顯示,供應商和運輸是延遲的關鍵因素。與中國製造商相比,印度貿易商的延遲機率提高了38.92倍,而海運和較長的港口距離則將延遲機率提高了8.10倍。COVID-19、貨幣波動和合同嚴格性未顯示出顯著影響,這可能是由於適應性策略或有限的談判能力所致。 建議包括:對於緊急需求優先選擇空運,選擇中國製造商,並實施政府激勵措施以促進國內API生產、數據驅動的供應商選擇、實時追蹤,以及標準化的物流協議來增強供應鏈韌性。研究的局限性包括樣本量較小和缺乏利益相關者的意見,建議未來的研究應該改善其普遍適用性。
This study examines the causes of late Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) deliveries from overseas suppliers to Vietnamese pharmaceutical manufacturers within the Ethical (ETC) channel. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzes 56 contracts from Company K (2019–2023) through logistic regression and decision tree models. Results identify Supplier and Transportation as key drivers of delays. Traders in India increase delay odds by 38.92 times compared to Chinese manufacturers, while sea transport and longer port distances raise delay odds by 8.10 times. COVID-19, currency volatility, and contract strictness showed no significant impact, likely due to adaptive strategies or limited negotiation power. Recommendations include prioritizing air freight for urgent needs, selecting Chinese manufacturers, and implementing government incentives for domestic API production, data-driven supplier selection, real-time tracking, and standardized logistics protocols to enhance supply chain resilience.
