題名 電池開發產業探討ESG的商業模式 - 以Panasonic為例

摘要 本研究旨在探討 ESG 永續理念如何在電池開發產業中轉化為具體可行的商業模式,並以 Panasonic 為主要案例分析對象。透過文獻回顧與實務觀察,本文歸納出 Panasonic 在 ESG 領域的三大實踐策略,包括:一、環境面以 Panasonic Green Impact 戰略為核心,推動鋰電池技術創新與零碳工廠;二、社會面關注供應鏈人權風險與產品生命週期管理,建構跨國合作信任基礎;三、治理面則採取治理優先的制度邏輯,導入控股公司架構與 ESG 委員會,強化橫向整合與縱向落實機制。研究結果顯示, ESG 策略不僅提升 Panasonic 的國際品牌信譽與法規遵循能力,亦促進其電池事業部門營收增長與資本市場評價。最後,本研究亦提出 ESG 商業模式作為未來競爭資本轉化槓桿的理論架構,供電池產業與其他高科技製造業參考。
