| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在競爭激烈變化瞬息萬變的產業競爭下,隨著AI技術快速崛起,企業在競爭激烈的市場環境中積極導入AI,藉此提升產品與服務創新能力。尤其是生成式人工智慧(GAI)的快速普及,使企業不僅局限於傳統的數據分析或流程自動化,更進一步擴展到創意生成、內容製作及決策輔助等高價值應用領域,推動產業轉型及創新。近年許多產業採用設計思維(Design thinking)作為推動企業創新的工具,透過同理使用者需求,重新定義問題、發散創意並快速製作原型進行驗證和優化,廣泛應用於產品開發、用戶體驗、服務創新與商業模式設計。相較於其他方法,設計思維強調跨領域合作與使用者需求洞察,有效提升市場競爭力。隨著AI的應用,產業也逐漸將AI運用於設計思維流程之中,激發出不同以往的應用成效。
本研究之目的旨在探討人工智慧(AI)技術融入設計思維中的現況、發展趨勢及其在企業實務中的應用策略與挑戰。研究方法則採用質性研究,以深度訪談方式訪談數位具設計與AI跨領域應用專家,綜合其實務經驗與專業觀點,深入分析AI技術對設計流程之影響,並以實務案例驗證實務應用。本研究主要著重以下幾點:1. AI導入設計思維方法。2. 實務上應用層面。透過研究結論,提出AI應用於設計思維的應用模型與對企業實務上建議。研究亦提出企業可衍生利用BCG矩陣進行AI技術導入企業產品創新策略,並針對不同產業狀況提供具體策略建議。而不同規模企業可依據自身資源特性靈活應用AI技術:中小企業可透過外部AI工具迅速創新,大企業則可運用內部資源進行深度AI整合,建立長期競爭優勢。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In the rapidly changing and highly competitive industrial environment, enterprises are increasingly adopting artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance their innovation capabilities in products and services. The widespread adoption of Generative AI (GAI) has expanded business applications beyond traditional data analysis and process automation into high-value areas such as creative ideation, content generation, and decision-making support, significantly driving industry transformation and innovation. In recent years, Design Thinking has become a popular tool for fostering corporate innovation by empathizing with user needs, redefining problems, ideating solutions, and rapidly prototyping for iterative validation. This approach is widely applied in product development, user experience design, service innovation, and business model design, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and user insight to effectively increase market competitiveness. With the integration of AI into Design Thinking processes, industries are witnessing novel outcomes and enhanced applications.
This study aims to explore the current state, developmental trends, practical strategies, and challenges associated with integrating AI technologies into Design Thinking. The research utilizes qualitative methods, conducting in-depth interviews with experts experienced in both design and AI applications, to comprehensively analyze the impact of AI technologies on design processes, supported by practical case studies. The study primarily focuses on two areas: methods of integrating AI into Design Thinking and practical applications. The findings provide a model for applying AI to Design Thinking and strategic recommendations for corporate practice. Furthermore, the study suggests that companies can employ the BCG Matrix for strategically integrating AI into their innovation processes, offering specific recommendations tailored to various industry contexts. Different-sized enterprises are encouraged to adopt AI flexibly according to their resources: smaller enterprises can leverage external AI tools for swift innovation, while larger enterprises can integrate internal resources for deep AI implementation, securing sustained competitive advantage. | en_US |
