| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究旨在探討馬祖北竿地區推動地方創生與旅遊業永續發展之現況、挑戰與潛在機會。研究採用質性研究方法，透過參與式觀察、深度訪談及文獻分析，深入理解地方在地資源活化與創生策略實施過程中，實際之執行情況與所面臨的困境。研究結果顯示，北竿擁有豐富的文化與自然資源，具備發展深度文化與生態旅遊的潛力，惟仍面臨交通受限、氣候因素，以及基礎建設稍嫌不足等問題，使得觀光產業發展呈現季節性差異與規模瓶頸。
此外，馬祖目前在整體地方品牌塑造方面尚未成熟，對外行銷與認知形象仍有待強化。基於研究發現，本文建議政府端應強化青年創業支持系統、改善旅遊基礎設施，並提升遊客友善性，以帶動永續觀光與社區活力之發展。最後，本研究亦指出其研究限制，並建議未來可朝量化研究、跨區域比較，以及共治結構與政策成效評估等方向進行延伸探討，以深化對離島地區地方創生實踐的理解與應用。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This study aims to examine the current status, challenges, and potential opportunities in promoting regional revitalization and sustainable tourism development in the Beigan area of Matsu. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, the study draws on participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and literature analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the practical implementation processes and the difficulties encountered in revitalizing local resources and executing regional revitalization strategies.
The findings indicate that Beigan is endowed with rich cultural and natural resources, presenting strong potential for the development of in-depth cultural and ecological tourism. Nevertheless, the region continues to face issues such as limited transportation options, weather-related constraints, and insufficient infrastructure, which collectively contribute to seasonal fluctuations and bottlenecks in the tourism industry. Additionally, Matsu’s overall place branding remains underdeveloped, with its external marketing efforts and public image requiring further enhancement.
Based on these findings, this paper recommends that the government strengthen support systems for youth entrepreneurship, improve tourism-related infrastructure, and enhance visitor-friendliness in order to promote sustainable tourism and revitalize local communities. Finally, the study acknowledges its limitations and suggests that future research could explore quantitative approaches, cross-regional comparisons, and assessments of co-governance structures and policy effectiveness to deepen the understanding and application of regional revitalization practices in island areas. | en_US |
