The primary objective of this study is to investigate the influence of Total Worker Health Climate on employees’ job satisfaction, work effort, and sleep quality. Drawing upon the Total Worker Health Climate Scale developed by Huang et al. (2023), this research measures three key organizational climate dimensions—work safety, physical health, and psychological health. These dimensions are used to examine their respective relationships with employees’ job satisfaction, work effort, and sleep quality. Data were collected through a convenience sampling method from employees of a logistics company in Taiwan, resulting in a total of 405 valid responses. The results derived from confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis reveal the following: (1) the Total Worker Health Climate Scale demonstrates satisfactory reliability and validity; (2) all three dimensions of the Total Worker Health Climate show positive associations with job satisfaction, with the work safety exhibiting the strongest relationship; (3) in terms of work effort and sleep quality, only the physical health dimension displays a significant positive correlation. These findings suggest that the Total Worker Health Climate Scale is applicable to employees within Taiwan’s logistics industry and may serve as a valuable reference for organizations seeking to implement workplace health initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and improving operational efficiency. https://www.360d.com.tw/article-detail/331。 Adams, T.
