In an era marked by the rapid growth of the internet and online media, television journalists in Taiwan are undergoing an unprecedented scale of transformation. This study adopts the field theory of French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu as its analytical framework and focuses on the sports news department of a Taiwanese television station (hereafter referred to as Z TV). It explores the evolving role of journalists amid media convergence and the rise of internet platforms. The research is based on in-depth interviews with eight sports journalists from different generations and backgrounds, including senior, mid-career, and early-career professionals. It analyzes their adaptation strategies within the organizational field, their professional identity, and the transformation of news values. The findings reveal that careers in sports journalism have developed in a non-linear manner. As responsibilities shift from traditional reporting to multitasking roles, the workload of sports journalists has increased across both television and online platforms. With the reconfiguration of field rules, previous forms of symbolic capital—such as expertise in sports broadcasting, anchoring experience, and in-depth knowledge of sports—have lost their effectiveness in the digital media landscape. Journalists are now required to rediscover their professional value and adapt their methods of content production. Traditional television news once emphasized social responsibility, objective reporting, and professional gatekeeping. However, in the online environment, click rates, immediacy, and social engagement have become central to media competition. This shift forces journalists to navigate a tension between professional autonomy and performance metrics driven by digital platforms. At the same time, television stations are actively promoting digital transformation, requiring journalists not only to produce TV content but also to master online communication styles, segmentation marketing strategies, and multi-platform distribution. Their roles have expanded from one-way broadcasters to cross-platform content creators and community interactors. Nevertheless, staff reductions, content fragmentation, and the proliferation of misinformation have challenged journalists’ professional values and social functions. Through this case study, the research reveals that journalists' adaptation in the digital era involves more than just updating their technical skills. It represents a re-socialization of professional culture and reflects the broader difficulties and challenges faced by Taiwan’s news industry. Adornato, A. It represents a re-socialization of professional culture and reflects the broader difficulties and challenges faced by Taiwan’s news industry. en_US dc.description.tableofcontents 第一章 緒論 1 第一節 研究背景與動機 1 第二節 研究目的與研究問題 12 第二章 文獻探討 16 第一節 聚合新聞與媒體轉型 16 第二節 電視記者的數位轉型與勞動 22 第三節 場域結構與新聞記者的互動關係 31 第三章 研究設計與方法 36 第一節 研究方法 36 第二節 研究對象 38 第三節 訪談大綱 40 第四章 研究分析 42 第一節 受訪者背景 42 第二節 在新聞場域中的困難與調適 45 第五章 結論 77 第一節 研究結論 77 第二節 研究限制與建議 86 參考文獻 93 zh_TW dc.format.extent 3198880 bytes - dc.format.mimetype application/pdf - dc.source.uri (資料來源) http://thesis.lib.nccu.edu.tw/record/#G0108941010 en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) 數位轉型 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 場域理論 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 媒體匯流 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 電視記者 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) Digital transformation en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Field theory en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Media convergence en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Television journalists en_US dc.title (題名) 網路世代的台灣電視台記者角色轉型:以某台體育部門為例 zh_TW dc.title (題名) The Role Transformation of TV Journalists in the Internet Era in Taiwan: A Case Study of TV's Sports Center en_US dc.type (資料類型) thesis en_US dc.relation.reference (參考文獻) 王淑美(2018)。 Adornato, A.
